Joining the Virtual Medical Home for the Program for the Study of Neurodevelopment in Rare Disorders (NDRD) at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC (CHP).

The purpose of the Virtual Medical Home (VMH) is to improve communication between families and the NDRD clinicians. The information collected as part of the VMH is kept on a secure server and will not be made available to anyone outside the NDRD team without your express written permission.

The VMH will allow you to send messages to the team, request appointments, upload documents and videos, and access reports and other documents for your child.

You are not required to join the VMH but we are hopeful that you will find it a helpful resource for supporting your child's needs.

The NDRD respects your privacy. All forms of communication are confidential, and your information will be stored on secure password-protected servers. You can withdraw from the VMH at any time by contacting us.
